Residential window cleaning

Our residential window cleaners handle interior and exterior glass for houses, townhomes, and condos across the Denver metro and Colorado Springs — with screens, tracks, and sills covered while we're there.

What a residential cleaning includes

Every home is different, so we quote each job individually — but a typical full cleaning covers the glass inside and out, plus the parts most people notice only after they're clean:

  • Exterior glass — dirt, pollen, sprinkler spots, and weather film removed.
  • Interior glass — cleaned carefully, with floors and furnishings protected while we work.
  • Screens — cleaned on request; we also offer window-screen repair.
  • Tracks and sills — dust, grit, and dead bugs cleared out so windows slide the way they should.
  • Skylights and rooftop windows — the glass most homeowners can't safely reach.
  • Hard-water stain removal — for mineral spotting that regular cleaning won't touch.

Prefer exterior-only? That's an option between full cleanings — just say so when you request your quote.

We clean home windows across the Front Range — including Denver, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Parker — see all 20 communities on our service areas page.

Why Colorado windows get dirty faster

Front Range homes deal with a specific mix: spring pollen, summer dust and sprinkler overspray, wildfire haze some years, and freeze-thaw grime through winter. Sprinkler water here is hard, and repeated overspray bakes mineral deposits onto glass — if you can see white spotting that doesn't wipe off, that's hard-water staining, and it needs dedicated treatment rather than more scrubbing.

What it's like to have us in your home

Interior work means being a guest in your house, and we treat it that way. We confirm the appointment ahead of time, show up in the arrival window we agreed on, protect floors where we're working, and put things back where we found them. If Colorado weather makes a mess of the schedule, you'll hear from us early — not after you've been waiting around.

How pricing works

We don't publish flat rates because window count, size, number of stories, screens, and staining all change the work involved. Instead, you tell us about your home through the quote form or by phone, and we follow up with a clear price before anything is scheduled. No instant-price gimmicks, and no surprises on the day.

Residential window cleaning FAQs

Do you clean interior windows, exterior windows, or both?

Both. You can book exterior-only, interior-only, or a full interior-and-exterior cleaning. Exterior-only is an easy option between deeper full cleanings.

Are screens, tracks, and sills included?

Screen cleaning, window-track cleaning, and sill cleaning are available as part of our service. Let us know what you'd like included when you request a quote so the price covers exactly what you want done.

Can you remove hard-water stains?

Yes, hard-water stain removal is one of our specialty services. Mineral deposits from sprinklers and Colorado's hard water often need more than standard cleaning — mention staining when you request a quote so we can plan for it.

How often should home windows be cleaned?

A common rhythm for Denver-area homes is one to two cleanings per year — spring and fall line up well with pollen, dust, and weather cycles. Homes near open fields, construction, or busy roads may benefit from more frequent exterior cleanings.

What happens if the weather is bad on my service day?

Colorado weather changes fast. If rain, snow, or high winds would affect the quality or safety of the work, we'll contact you to reschedule for the next available time that works for you.
