How our quotes work
Tell us about your property through the quote request form or by calling (720) 790-9490. We'll follow up to confirm the details, then give you a clear price for exactly the work you want done. No surprises when the job is finished — the price you approve is the price you pay.
What affects a window cleaning quote
- Number, size, and style of windows. A ranch home with standard panes is a different job than a two-story house with specialty glass.
- Interior, exterior, or both. You choose the scope — exterior-only is a popular option between deeper full cleanings.
- Stories and access. Upper windows, vaulted entries, and glass beyond safe ladder reach take more time and equipment.
- Screens, tracks, and sills. Available as part of the service — let us know what you'd like included.
- Hard-water buildup or construction debris. Mineral stains and post-construction cleanup need more than standard cleaning, so mention them up front.
- Residential or commercial. Homes and commercial properties are quoted on what each actually involves — including recurring commercial schedules.
- Additional services. Gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning can be quoted alongside your windows.
